Pepper sauce straight from the heart of the Caribbean, not for the faint hearted.
(thanks Frannie) I know you are probably thinking steak with pepper sauce but it is nothing like it! It takes me back to a time when I met this rangy, just gorgeous; pale blue eyes, great in bed, but one hell of temper.
Pepper Sauce
10 + habaneros or scotch bonnet peppers or birds eye chillies
2 cloves garlic
Coriander root
Green mango or green papaya, carrot if you can’t find the first two
1 tsp of sugar or to taste
1 tsp mustard
optional add a bit of fish sauce and tamarind sauce
The staple
Apple cider vinegar but you can use any good quality vinegar….just enough to bring it all together!
